Called multiple times over the last month left my name number and even address trying to get them to come take a look... at a kitchen floor I need re finished and never even got a call back, was told twice when they took my name and number they would call me in the next few days and let me know when they could come out and never heard anything, guess if they don’t want my business I’ll find someone who does.read more

Flooring is Roger Richey area of expertise. Every step in his process was done methodically and properly. A portion of... the dining room floor had been damaged by a water leak. Since the first floor had no thresholds, all of the floors had to be sanded, stained, and polyurethaned even though the damage was contained in a small area. GREAT BUSINESS!! ROGER RICHEY IS VERY NICE AND DID A GREAT JOB GETTING MY FLOORS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. I HAD A HOLE... IN MY LIVING ROOM AND HE PATCHED IT AND YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL THERE WAS A HOLE THERE NOW. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY HARDWOOD FLOOR NEEDS.read more
